Limited Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> SWEET PROPERTY (WINGFOOT COMMERICAL TIRE CENTER) <br /> 4045 Wilcox Road, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI) has prepared this Limited Phase 11 Site Assessment Work <br /> Plan for the property located at 4045 Wilcox Road, Stockton, California (site). The <br /> proposed scope of work includes the advancement of four (4) borings for the collection <br /> of soil samples. <br /> The site vicinity is illustrated in Figure 1. A site plan depicting the proposed boring <br /> locations is presented in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. BACKGROUND <br /> The property is presently developed with a large warehouse building used for tire <br /> storage and sales. A previously prepared Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> (Phase 1) identified the former presence of underground storage tanks (USTs) on the <br /> subject property. The USTs were reportedly removed around 1985, however, no <br /> records of sampling after removal of the USTs were on file with the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Departed (EHD). Based on these findings, AGE has <br /> recommended performance of a limited Phase II site assessment to evaluate if the <br /> presence of the USTs has caused impact to the subsurface of the subject property. <br /> 3.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The proposed scope of work includes the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities. <br /> • Soil boring advancement and sample collection. <br /> • Boring abandonment. <br /> • Report preparation. <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br /> 3.1. PRE-FIELD WORK ACTIVITIES <br /> Applicable site assessment permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD).
