Accordingly,Wayne Perry Inc. (WPI) on behalf of Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil <br /> Products US (Equilon)is submitting this Site Assessment Work Plan. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site is a vacant lot located on the west side of the intersection at East Mariposa and Farmington <br /> Roads in Stockton,California(Figure 1). A May 10,2018 Phase HEnvironmental Site Assessment, <br /> prepared by Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. (AGE), indicated that petroleum hydrocarbon- <br /> impacted soil was present in the vicinity of a former tank zone associated with a service station <br /> historically operated by Equilon prior to 1978. A plot plan showing the soil borings completed by <br /> AGE and the approximate historical service station layout is on Figure 2. <br /> The surrounding properties are a mixture of commercial and residential uses. Adjacent to the west <br /> of the Site are two markets and associated parking lots. Adjacent to the southwest of the Site is a <br /> vacant lot. A Walgreen's is located to the north across East Mariposa Road. A Mobil service <br /> station is located east across the intersection of East Mariposa and Farmington Roads.
