With two of the wells (MW-5 and MW-6) In the <br /> public right-of-way in the sidewalk on C Street, near East Main Street in Stockton, California and three wells (MW-1, MW- <br /> 2, MW-4) and one soil boring (5B-1) on the car wash property located at 2085 East Main Street in Stockton, California. <br /> The monitoring well construction is related to the Former ARCO Station No. 00559, located at 2085 E. Main Street, <br /> Stockton, California, 95205 (the Site), Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 153-102-100-000.The work plan found in <br /> Attachment A discusses the scope of the war requested by Alan Buehler of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> (CVRWQCB) Control Board.The work plan approval from CVRWQCB is included as Attachment B.The San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SICEHD)Site Mitigation Master File Record Information Form is included as <br /> Attachment C. The Site Mitigation Well Permits for the on-Site and off-site well locations can be found in Attachment D. <br /> A copy of the encroachment permit from the City of Stockton for the two wells in the public right of way found in <br /> Attachment E.The City of Stockton has requested the wells to be installed within the sidewalk, in a grassy area between <br /> the sidewalk concrete and the curb, due to underground gas and water utilities on the east side of C street. Please refer <br /> to Attachment F for the most recently approved proposed well locations following the work plan approval CVRWQCB <br /> requesting 5B-1.
