Due to UST documentation gaps at this site, a soil and groundwater <br /> CALL FOR CONTROL NUMBER subsurface investigation was conducted at the site between October 2015 and July 2018. <br /> 209-937-8366 The investigation included installation of three (3)groundwater monitoring wells on-and <br /> CALL FOR INSPECTION off-side to maximum depths of 50 feet below surface grade (bsg). By letter dated <br /> 209-639-1282 09 April 2020, the Cenral Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> WORK HOURS 9AM-3PM concurred with site closure and directed well destructions in accordance with San Joaquin - - <br /> RESTORE TO CITY STD. <br /> Count' Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) permitting requirements <br /> (Appendix A).
