Brusca <br /> Associates Inc. (Brusca) submitted this document on your behalf for the Anderson- <br /> Barngrover Ranch underground storage tank (UST) case at 14290 Comstock Road in <br /> Linden (Site). In the Work Plan, Brusca proposes to advance three additional borings to <br /> define the extent of petroleum impact to soil and groundwater to the north, west, and south <br /> of the former UST. Brusca also proposes to complete previously approved soil gas <br /> assessment near the walnut huller building. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff concurs with the scope of work as proposed in the Work <br /> Plan, which is summarized in Tables 1 and 2 below. By 29 September 2023, please <br /> complete this scope of work and submit an assessment report. Please include as part of <br /> the report an evaluation of Site data against Low Threat UST Case Closure Policy criteria. <br /> Please also identify any remaining data gaps or impediments to case closure. If none <br /> remain, you may request case closure.
