Currently the site is vacant and does not have water service. Water service <br /> in the area is provide through Mountain House Community Services District <br /> (MHCSD) or from the City of Tracy. <br /> The unauthorized release consists only of petroleum? <br /> • Yes. Based on historical data, only petroleum hydrocarbons have been detected <br /> in soil and groundwater at the site. <br /> The unauthorized ("primary") release has been stopped? <br /> • Yes. In 2003, the crude oil pipeline release was stopped and repairs were made <br /> to the rupture pipeline. <br /> Free product has been removed to the maximum extent practicable, per CCR <br /> Chapter 16 Section 2655 a-c? <br /> • Yes. Historical soil and groundwater sampling activities have not indicated the <br /> presence of free product at the site. <br /> A Conceptual Site Model (CSM) has been developed? <br /> • No. <br /> Secondary Source Removal has been addressed? <br /> • Yes. Historical reports document the removal of secondary source material. <br /> Soil and groundwater has been tested for MTBE and results reported in <br /> accordance with Health and Safety Code section 25296.15? <br /> • Yes. Historical reports document the non-detect MTBE results for soil and <br /> groundwater. <br /> Nuisance as defined by Water Code section 13050 does not exist at the site? <br /> • Yes.
