The LTCP is attached to this email. Mountain House Parkway- Limited Site Investigation Report
EXTERNAL:
Good morning Kristi,
The proposed scope of work included in the approved work plan was performed at the site.
However, concentrations of primarily TPH and limited VOCs were reported in one soil boring and in
the groundwater sample. See attached DRAFT tables and figures for boring location and reference.
The lateral extent is technically not defined completely around the boring, however the impacts
appear to be vertically limited. Based on our last phone call together I was discussing with the client
another phase of site investigation to step out further, and or based on you and Joe Mello's
suggestion, to consider installing soil vapor probes to evaluate any potential vapor intrusion issues
around the area of the impacts. Our initial thought was to do any additional field work prior to
finalizing the report. With your general concurrence I will discuss with the client and prepare
