Mountain House Parkway site in Tracy (Global ID - T10000016867). <br /> Based on our conversation, and my review of the case files, Terracon is in the process of(a) re-evaluating the <br /> site using the Low-Threat Closure Policy and (b) determining whether they recommend additional investigation <br /> work. Terracon also needs to submit a report documenting the completed investigation work described in the <br /> Work Plan forAdditional Site Investigation, dated 16 April 2021. <br /> Would you provide us an update on the tasks described above and confirm whether you have had a chance to <br /> discuss these tasks with Siva (copied to this email)? <br /> 2 <br />
