Environmental Health Department <br />Telephone: () - Owner/Operator: VENETIAN BRIDGES <br />Inspection Type: Routine <br />Address: 2244 ROSEMARIE LN, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Date: 06/23/2025Name of Facility:VENETIAN BRIDGES REC CENTER <br />Reinspection on or after: <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Program Element: 3612 - PUBLIC POOL/SPA - ADDITIONAL <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code section(s) 116043, 116040, & <br />116050. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed goose feces on the spa deck. Clean spa deck. Maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with <br />the top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of <br />any diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed goose feces inside the spa. Remove goose feces from spa. Do not allow geese into the spa. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to <br />accumulate in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool <br />surfaces clean and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: One tile is lacking in the skimmer. Replace tile within 30 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated <br />brushing, and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency.
