All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cyanuric acid is above 100 ppm. Adjust to below 100 ppm. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65530) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa plaster was observed with heavy pitting. Plan to re-plaster spa in the future. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated <br />brushing, and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC <br />3108B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa filter needs cleaning. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure <br />gauge located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves <br />so that it can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
