Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: CHERRY LANE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, 495 CHERRY LN, MANTECA 95337 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #9 Ladders and Handrails <br />OBSERVATIONS: Double hand rails at 8 Feet depth, are not secured. Secure hand rails today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Ladders and <br />handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed. At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a <br />point above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck. (CBC 3111B) <br />Pool operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool service company service the pool twice a week. Logs showing twice a week chemical readings. Pool <br />disinfectant residual, pH, to be tested a minimum of once per day. Start adopt this practice today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per <br />day. Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often <br />as necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test <br />results for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool skimmers baskets are full of tree leaves. Clean baskets today. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
