Hand wash sink is separated from ware wash sink by metal splash guard at least 6" from back <br /> edge of drain board to front edge, unless they are separated by 24" or more. Hand wash sink <br /> shall have wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers. [114311(b)] <br /> 2. Obtain a verification of commissary. <br /> 3. The exhaust hood must be constructed to meet the requirements of the California Mechanical <br /> Code (114149.1) <br /> 4. The entrance door must be self closing. (114303) <br /> 5. Light bulbs and tubes enclosed in plastic shield or equivalent. [114323(c)] <br /> 6. The mobile food facility shall have a name of business in three-inch font and the name of <br /> owner, city, state, and zip code in one-inch font. Post this information on the service side of <br /> the mobile food unit. <br /> 7. Tanks shall be adequately vented for flow. Water tank vents shall terminate in a downward <br /> direction and shall be covered with 16-mesh per square inch screen or equivalent when the <br /> vent is in a protected area or a protective filter when the vent is in an area not protected from <br /> windblown dirt and debris. (CRFC Section 114213). <br /> 8. A second exit opposite main exit shall be labeled "Safety Exit" in letters at least 1 inch high <br /> [CRFC §114323(f)]. <br /> 1868 E.
