By 15 April 2023, please submit a well installation report. <br /> 2. Staff concurs with GHD's sampling reduction plan for semi-annual groundwater <br /> monitoring during the first and third quarters. During the first quarter, please <br /> gauge and sample all Site wells. During the third quarter, please gauge all Site <br /> wells, and sample all wells except wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-18, MW-19, MW-20, <br /> MW-21, MW-22, and MW-24. During the third quarter, please gauge and sample <br /> all Site wells. Please submit the first quarter 2023 semi-annual groundwater <br /> monitoring report by 15 May 2023. <br /> 3. In the Work Plan, GHD stated that they spoke with the owner of the property <br /> where Domestic Well 10 is located. The property owner confirmed that the <br /> domestic well is the sole source of water for the property and that the property is <br /> not connected to a public water supply. GHD reported that they were told the <br /> well is approximately 100 feet deep, but that the well may have been re-drilled <br /> deeper to approximately 180 feet deep. The property owner told GHD that the <br /> well construction information is physically located at the well or perhaps printed <br /> on it somewhere, but that they would not be able to get to the well for about a <br /> month. GHD attempted to follow up with the property owner about well <br /> construction information but did not receive a response.
