Simplot Fertilizer Facility in Lathrop is regulated by Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDRs) Order R5-2019-0010 issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (Water Board). <br /> Water Board staff has reviewed the Southwest Pond Assessment Workplan (Workplan) submitted on <br /> 30 September 2020 and Addendum No.1 submitted on 23 November 2020. The Workplan, as amended <br /> by the Addendum is approved.
