Summary of Additional Findings <br /> On November 18, 2021, OCI received additional sample results not received in time to include in <br /> the Stockton Propeller Sampling Report dated August 6, 2021. This Addendum is a summary of <br /> the results received. <br /> II. Laboratory Results and Waste Determination <br /> Sample SP-04B was analyzed using EPA approved SW-846 Test Methods for Evaluating Solid <br /> Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods (SM 4500/EPA 9014). Samples SP-0413, SP-0513, and SP- <br /> 10B were analyzed using the Title 22 Hazardous Waste Fish Bioassay screen testing <br /> CDFG/DHS 1988. These additional analytical results are summarized in Table 1 on page 3 and <br /> discussed below. The complete analytical laboratory report is included as Attachment 1, <br /> Analytical Laboratory Reports. <br /> Discussion of Additional Sample Results <br /> Sample SP-0413: <br /> This sample was tested for Fish Bioassay and cyanide. This sample contains 25.0 mg/L of <br /> cyanide. The pH was measure as 2.0 and discussed in the August 6, 2021 report. As such the <br /> sample can generate toxic gases, vapors or fumes in a quantity sufficient to present a danger to <br /> human health or the environment.
