Ms.Amber Ginorio,RWQCB January 30,2023 <br /> Addendum to Sampling and Analysis Plan <br /> 2478 Wilcox Road,Stockton,California <br /> Page 10 <br /> Task 3: Laboratory Analysis <br /> Soil and groundwater samples, including grab groundwater samples, will be forwarded to <br /> CLS,an Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program(ELAP)laboratory(#1233), for <br /> chemical analysis using strict chain-of-custody procedures. All laboratory analytical data <br /> will be uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> Soil and groundwater samples will be analyzed for the following: <br /> • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons — Gasoline, Diesel (Full range) using USEPA <br /> Method 8260D <br /> • Full suite volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by USEPA Method 8260B <br /> • Semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) by USEPA Method 8270D <br /> • Metals/TCLP scan by USEPA Method 1311/6010C <br /> • Chromium VI by USEPA Method 7196A <br /> • pH (Soil and water)by USEPA Method 9040C/9045D <br /> • Cyanide by USEPA Method 9010/9014 <br /> Task 4: Site Investigation Report Preparation <br /> Following completion of the proposed work scope, a Site Investigation Report will be <br /> prepared. The report will present investigatory activities conducted on December 21,2022 <br /> and January 19, 2023, and findings related to the septic system's operation, construction, <br /> and configuration. The report will also include, but not be limited to, a description of the <br /> field work activities related to the soil and groundwater investigation,a scaled site plan and <br /> groundwater flow direction and gradient map, boring logs and well construction details, <br /> tabulated analytical results for soil and groundwater samples, and certified analytical <br /> results. The report will also discuss the findings of the investigation and recommendations <br /> for additional work, if applicable. The report will be uploaded to GeoTracker upon <br /> finalization. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Following approval of this Addendum, Stratus will update the drilling permits recently <br /> issued by SJCEHD. Stratus has scheduled PeneCore Drilling to implement the scope of <br /> work described herein beginning February 6, 2023. All field work, including well <br /> development and sampling, will be completed by March 31, 2023.
