Site Audit and Chemical Storage and Use <br /> Questionnaires are typically required of sites for several reasons, including those sites <br /> which have been developed for many years and have used various chemicals through <br /> the history of their operation. <br /> Pursuant to Section 13267(b) of the California Water Code, we request that you answer <br /> the following questions and requests for additional information regarding your facility. <br /> Please provide your answers in a report referencing each question/request. <br /> I. General Facility and Business Information <br /> a. Provide the company name and business and mailing address. <br /> b. Provide the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) and EPA Generator <br /> Number (if applicable). <br /> c. How many years has Stockton Propeller Inc. (SPI) been in business? <br /> d. Provide a description of the business. <br /> e. Provide the number and names of employees currently employed and <br /> employed since business operations commenced. <br /> f. Provide all documents verifying the dates that SPI has operated at the Site <br /> and specific buildings occupied by SPI at the Site. <br /> g. Does SPI share the buildings it occupies with any other business? <br /> h. Is SPI managed or operated by another business? For example, has VRC <br /> Metals managed or operated SPI at any time? <br /> i. Provide a detailed description and documentation verifying the dates and <br /> specific buildings SPI has operated at previous locations prior to leasing <br /> the current Site. <br /> j. Provide all lease agreements SPI entered into with any owners of the Site. <br /> k. Provide all lease agreements SPI had for previous locations if they <br /> describe any chemical use or storage. <br />
