Draft Sampling & Analysis Plan - 10 - 13 July 2022 <br /> Stockton Propeller, Inc. <br /> 2478 Wilcox Road, Stockton <br /> COMMENT 18 <br /> Issue: The following editorial errors were identified in the Draft SAP. <br /> 1. Table 1 incorrectly identifies the date DTSC collected samples at the Site. The <br /> correct date is 3 June 2021, not 6 August 2021. DTSC issued the Office of <br /> Criminal Investigations Sampling Report on 6 August 2021. <br /> 2. Section 2.2.4, 1st paragraph incorrectly identifies the date the Central Valley <br /> Water Board staff issued the Responsible Party Initial Contact Letter. The correct <br /> date is 8 November 2021, not 8 October 2021. <br /> 3. Two tables are identified as Table 2. The table titled, Estimated Number of Wells <br /> Near the SPI Facility should be identified as Table 3. <br /> 4. Section 2.1, 2nd paragraph references Figure 1. Figure 2 more appropriately <br /> identifies the referenced information. <br /> Requested Action. Please correct these errors in the Final SAP. <br /> COMMENT 19 <br /> Issue. The Draft SAP is missing bookmarks for all sections, figures, tables, and most of <br /> the attachments. <br /> Requested Action. Central Valley Water Board staff requests adding bookmarks for all <br /> sections, figures, and attachments for easier navigation through the report. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> As expressed in Comment 1, please submit a response to the above comments and <br /> submit a Final SAP to address these comments within 30 days to meet the work plan <br /> requirement in the Order.
