The plan is due within forty five days (45) of release <br /> confirmation, (March 27 , 1992) , <br /> nclosed, for your convenience, <br /> copy of the related <br /> regulation that will assist you in preparing a nFree Product <br /> Removal Plan" for review by PHS/EHD . These two plans shall be <br /> submitted immediately. <br /> In addition, existing monitoring wells located on this site shall <br /> be monitored quarterly and a report of the status of each well <br /> shall be n <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD Central alley Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Bard (CVRWQCB) bythe 15th of the month <br /> following each quarter ' s end. <br /> Reimbursement from the State Water Resources Control Board ' s <br /> (SWRCH) "Underground Tank Cleanup Fund Program" is partially <br /> dependent on your compliance with PHS/EHD directives .
