Enclosed Is a copy of each ineligible claim. I have enclosed additional information that should satisfy the first of two missing Dieces of Information that must have been overlooked by my staff as part of the applicatlon . We do not understand the corroctive action of the application . r going threw the steps that should be taken to determine where the contamination came from the period of time that it has been there , and the cleanup process and expense . Both of these properties are in litigation with the previous owner who did the contamination . s I understand from the meeting that I attended In Sacramento 6/4 /92 , the work needs to be underway or already completed to be applicable for the fund .
