ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> Subsurface Investigation — Soil Boring for Sample Collection <br /> 1010 Industrial Drive, Stockton, California <br /> APN: 177-280-530-000 <br /> Pardee Industrial Drive LLC, owner of the property at 1010 Industrial Drive, Stockton, <br /> California with San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel No. 177-280-530-000, do hereby <br /> grant permission to AdvancedGeo, Inc. (AGI), on behalf of the Musket Corporation, for <br /> the advancement and sampling of soil borings at the property. The work is being <br /> performed as part of a potential property transfer. <br /> Borings shall be advanced using direct push technology. Upon completion of work, the <br /> borings will be abandoned by backfilling with a Portland cement and the surface. All boring <br /> work shall be appropriately permitted through San Joaquin County. <br /> All costs for performance of the above subsurface investigation will be the sole <br /> responsibility of: <br /> Musket Corporation <br /> 2929 Allen Parkway, Ste 4100 <br /> Houston, Texas 77019 <br /> Attention: Mr. Rick Milne <br /> Copies of testing and/or reporting for any investigation at 1010 Industrial Drive, Stockton, <br /> California can be forwarded upon request. AGI will provide a 5-business day notice prior <br /> to the initiation of field activities.
