These were uploaded by GDB as part of our agreement. • Waste manifests were uploaded by Ingenium as part of our agreement. • Pictures uploaded by GDB of the waste that they identified during inventory removal. • Ingenium invoices. These will contain a breakdown of what was removed. • Property Manager Correspondence documenting all correspondence to/from Karen regarding Lodi. As previously noted, we do not have physical resources, thus, we cannot be on hand for final inspections. So, this step will also need to be coordinated with the property managers and/or new tenants. We will assist in this as directed/necessary. hope that this detail confirms that we, on behalf of Kelly-Moore, have done all we can to comply under very difficult circumstances.
