I had closed all the violations for the Hazardous Materials <br />Business Plans program. I had a few questions regarding your Hazardous Waste Program: <br />#104 - Closed <br />#301 - You stated that your facility will no longer store hazardous waste on site. We will have to conduct <br />a closure inspection for the HW program. Additionally on CERS, your facility is reporting that hazardous <br />waste is stored on site. Please clarify this information <br />#404 - Closed <br />#406 - Provide supporting documentations. Such as photos, bill of lading, etc. <br />#601 - Provide supporting documentation. <br />#605 - This violation is regarding hazardous waste drums. The hazardous waste drums needed <br />hazardous waste labels.
