The missing manifests are: <br />- 017528372FLE 6/21/2022 <br />- 017528373FLE 6/21/2022 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to <br />the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br />copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br />for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD). <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by July 1, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign. Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($172).
