(Stratus)has prepared this letter to request <br /> permission to access your property, Parcel 15502054 on East Market Street, Stockton, CA. Mr. <br /> Knowles's property(the Site)is situated west of your property.The reason for this request is to satisfy the <br /> requirements of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) pertaining to an <br /> environmental investigation for the Site located at 102 South Wilson Way, Stockton, California (San <br /> Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number [APM 15502065). Stratus has attached a copy of RWQCB's <br /> directive to complete the environmental investigation. The proposed scope of work("the work")consists <br /> of destroying all groundwater monitoring wells associated with the Site. Stratus has attached a map <br /> showing the wells to be destroyed. <br /> I�IVi/-ll, <br /> Pending your concurrence, Stratus will destroy monitoring wells MW-12,MW-15A,MW-15B,and MW- <br /> 15C.No monetary charges associated with permitting,performing the well destruction,or reporting of the <br /> results will be incurred by you. Data from the well destruction event will be provided to you, and to <br /> RWQCB,in conjunction with reporting requirements for the project as a whole. <br /> Stratus has enclosed two copies of this access agreement letter. Please sign both copies of the letter and <br /> retain one copy for your records. Please return the other copy to Stratus in the enclosed self-addressed <br /> stamped envelope.
