Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br /> HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> FACILITY BACKGROUND <br /> The Site is located at 300 South California Street in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The property is identified as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 149-095-01. <br /> Following the removal of underground storage tanks from the site in 1992 numerous phases of <br /> investigation and remediation have been conducted including eight years of intermittent pump-and- <br /> treat. Case closure is pending the destruction of monitoring wells and removal of investigation <br /> derived waste. <br /> WORK PLAN SUMMARY <br /> Task One: Destruction of fourteen (14) groundwater monitoring wells, one (1) groundwater <br /> extraction well, and five (5) soil vapor probes. Wells will be destroyed by blasting <br /> with detonator cord and grouting with neat cement. <br /> PAGE <br />
