MILLS/BAUMBACH&PIAZZA, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2500369 (LA) was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on May 4,2026,which is the effective date of approval.This approval will <br /> expire on May 4, 2029, which is 36 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the <br /> Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to recordation <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between 2 parcels as shown on the Site <br /> Plan submitted-October 30, 2025. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT:A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-511.050[b]) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. Parcel 2 shall-have a minimum lot size of 40 gross acres. (Development Title Section 9-203.030) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1.
