This must be printed on both side of the mobile <br />food facility. <br />All equipment and counters/cabinets shall be installed on 6-inch high round metal legs, commercial <br />castor, or completely sealed in place on a 4-inch high curb or pedestal. All drinking water/safe water tubing must meet the NSF standard 61. Prior to installation, provide <br />manufacturer's specification sheet. <br />3. The service windows shall be equipped with a self-closing device. Screen shall be at least 16 mesh <br />per square inch. <br />11.
