Operator shall ensure gas <br /> monitoring is conducted each month and reports are provided to the LEA. <br /> 2. Site is secure. There are no security issues. <br /> 3. The solar project is currently being constructed at the site. No issues observed. <br /> 4. Litter was not observed within the fenced in area with the dumpster. <br /> 5. Bait stations were observed on site and burrows were not observed. <br /> 6. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br /> the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br /> to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br /> LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), local air district and local land use <br /> agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br /> activities for such PCLU. <br /> 7.
