All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Major violation. <br />Measured the cold holding temperature of the 1 door upright refrigerator (front lobby) at 47.5 F. Monitor and adjust if necessary <br />to maintain a cold holding temperature of 41 F or below.
