El Dorado St and sold at the Stockton Arena . Dishes <br />and utensils will be cleaned at the arena. A refrigerator will be added to the stand before operation . Ensure refrigerator maintains <br />food at 41 F or lower. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
