Adjust hot water heater so that it provided hot water at a minimum of 120 F. Correct prior to operation. Maintain the SB -180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct prior to operation. Hand-washing signs that notify food employees to wash their hands were not posted in the restrooms designated for food employees. Maintain hand-washing signs posted in the food employee-designated restrooms at all times. Correct prior to operation. CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash hands after using the restroom (113953.5) (b) No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and utensil storage areas (113978).
