This violation has been corrected. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br /> annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 13 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020001 -Established and electronically submitted adequate training <br /> program. <br /> OBSERVATION:A training program was not complete. The Training program says it is provided under the facility <br /> information section.The training program should say provided elsewhere in CERS under the emergency response and <br /> contingency plan section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training, including refresher courses, <br /> shall include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or <br /> threatened release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: (A) Immediate <br /> notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency. (B) <br /> Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, <br /> property, or the environment.
