The business plan was last submitted on 5/28/2021. The business plan has not been submitted for the years of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Immediately make a new submittal in CERS for 2025. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. The max daily amount for propane is being reported at 192 cubic feet and there are 720 gallons of propane on site. Update the max daily amount for propane on the chemical fact sheet. REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
