The most recent financial <br />responsibility documents in CERS are dated 3/31/2024. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 53 <br />CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039 - Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. The new tanks are <br />not installed in compliance with the regulations.
