The business shas no violation because it was <br />inspected with in the 30 days it has to establish and make a submittal in CERS. The business started operation of the <br />business 5/12/2025. The business has updated the Business Owner Operator page and the ER plan in CERS on <br />5/29/2025. The inspection report is for Gul's Automotive Repair even though the Tokay Tire defaults at the top of the <br />page. Tokay Tire went out of business in 2024. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br />having them sign.
