All medical waste bins have been lined up with appropriate liners to meet ASTMD1709. Photos sent. <br />I hope these corrections will be sufficient and if you require any more information, please let me know. <br />Thank you. <br />[DAMERON:INTERNAL] <br />3 <br />I have checked in with my SPD manager in regards to the clean instruments in the scope room of <br />Endoscopy. The labels were removed and clean labels were initiated. The instruments are cleaned after <br />use in Endoscopy by SPD Department. <br />Also I have submitted the request of Page 3 of section 7 of the Sani-Pak Waste Management and I am yet <br />to hear from them about the change. <br />The autoclave is being run at an interval. Each time its being used is almost an hour. <br />#24. HSC118275 <br />All areas were addressed with educating management, nurses and EVS staff and with daily <br />walkthroughs. Daily staff training has been initiated. <br />25. HSC118280 <br />All bio hazard and trash containers were repaired by engineering and all EVS staff know that they are not <br />to transport the bins overloaded . Has to be sealed. Photos sent. <br />#26. HSC118285 <br />The appropriate sharp containers have been put in the lab at 530 Acacia St building and properly labeled. <br />Pictures sent. <br />#30.
