14 <br /> <br />Exhibit 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Solid Waste Recovery Worker <br />visually inspects unloading area <br />Load checker sees unacceptable waste <br />before vehicle leaves site. <br />Load checker finds unacceptable waste after unloading from the vehicle <br />which can be attributed to a vehicle but the vehicle has left site. <br />Customer is instructed that: <br />1) Site cannot accept waste <br />2) Customer must remove waste from site <br />and dispose of at hazardous waste disposal <br />site. <br />Incident is documented in log and the customer is contacted by the site <br />foreman and informed that unacceptable waste attributed to his/her load <br />was documented at the site. <br />Unacceptable waste is found for <br />which responsible party is <br />unknown. <br />Waste is not containerized <br />adequately for moving on site <br />Waste is containerized <br />adequately for moving onsite. <br />Landfill workers mark area with <br />traffic cones and keep customers a <br />safe distance away. <br />County contracts with hazardous <br />waste hauler to have waste removed <br />and disposed of at hazardous waste <br />site. <br />Landfill workers label waste <br />container and use tractor loader <br />to move waste to temporary <br />storage area on site. <br />Customer is told that: <br />1) County will contract with a hauler <br />to have the waste removed and <br />disposed of at a hazardous waste <br />disposal site. <br />2) Customer will be billed costs for <br />these services. <br />Hazardous waste hauler removes <br />waste from the site within 90 days. <br />Customer is told that: <br />1) They should return to the site <br />and remove such waste within 48 <br />hours <br />2) For information regarding <br />proper disposal of such waste <br />they should contact the Local <br />Health Department at 468-3400 <br />The customer refuses to <br />return to the site and remove <br />such waste. <br />Customer returns and removes <br />rejected waste to recommended <br />proper disposal facility.
