Comply with the signatory requirements of WDR Reporting Requirement F.6, including certification by the discharger (or the discharger's authorized agent) under penalty of perjury that, to the best of the signer's knowledge, the report is true, accurate and complete. Reports that do not comply with the above-required format will be REJECTED and the Discharger shall be deemed to be in noncompliance with the WDRs.
