The facility shall <br />submit the required implementation information and schedule in the facility’s SWPPP in <br />accordance with General Permit Attachment I, Section II.H.3. <br />13.1.2.2 Level 1 Status <br />A facility with Level 1 Status as of July 1, 2020 or on July 1 of the monitoring and reporting <br />year intending to implement the on-site compliance option must submit the implementation <br />information required in General Permit Attachment I. Section II in their Level 1 ERA <br />Evaluation and Report, per the required schedule in General Permit Section XII.C or prior to <br />obtaining applicable local approvals for the BMP or BMPs, whichever comes first. <br /> <br />17 see Attachment I, Section II.E.6 Footnote #’s 10
