REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. The site map does not have a key or legend that defines EAA. The site map key or legend will identify EAA as Evacuation Assembly Area on the site map.
