Date: 06/18/2026 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />- Verified leak monitoring continuity for vacuum and hydrostatic (VPH) components in all piping, sumps, UDCs. Verified continuity <br />at end points of each vacuum zone and each vacuum monitored sump. 91 STP vapor recovery vacuum continuity still needs to be <br />verified. <br />- Verified dispenser footprints were contained by UDC . <br />- Witnessed Overfill Prevention Equipment testing of all 3 tanks. The OPW 71SO non-testable overfill prevention valve was used. <br />All components passed. <br />- Verified overfill prevention valve functionality . <br />- Witnessed one hour hydrostatic test on 87, 91 and diesel spill buckets. All passed. <br />- Verified 87, 91, and diesel spill buckets hold 5 gallon capacity. <br />- Verified functionality of drain valve on 87, 91 and diesel spill buckets. <br />- Verified monitoring system functionality including all liquid and vacuum sensors . <br />**Additional inspections are required. Refer to the approval letter dated March 6, 2025 for a list of inspections needed. <br />This facility is not approved to receive fuel. <br />This facility is not approved to operate. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
