Based on your statements and your CERS submittals, I was able to close all violations for the HMBP inspection from last October. RTC was complete as of 5/29/25 when the site map was first updated on CERS. All violations for the UST inspection from 2024 have also been closed based on the RTC you submitted and the documents I observed on site today. Two new violations were issued from today's inspection, but they're easy CERS fixes. Overall, the facility looks to have a much better system compared to last year. Thank you to both you and Juan for all the time you put into this. also processed all the CERS submittals you've made since the last inspection and was able to approve a full HMBP for 2025. The only element from CERS that has not been accepted for 2025 is the UST portion, please see my supervisor's feedback on your latest UST submittal and the comments from today's report and make all necessary changes and resubmit. Please also ensure that you make a complete submittal for 2026 by the deadline of January 15, 2026. This should include all three HMBP sections, the UST section, and the APSA section.
