CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2600024 <br /> LONE STAR AGGREGATES PTP/CEMEX CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS PACIFIC,LLC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2600024 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on April 30, 2026, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> April 30,2029,which is thirty-six-months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been-filed, if required by the-Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to recordation <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Merger and Lot Line Adjustment between 6 parcels as shown <br /> on the Site Plan submitted January 16, 2026. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
