The project includes an array of <br /> solar modules and inverters comprising of a total of approximately 55-acres, which will convert electrical energy for off-site <br /> use. The project will be completed in two phases. Phase I will generate approximately 5 MWac (Megawatt Alternating <br /> Current), while Phase II will generate approximately 3 MWac of energy. <br /> Both systems will utilize photovoltaic panels mounted on single-axis tracking systems and interconnect to the existing <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric distribution system along Brennan Road. Each phase will have its own point of interconnection <br /> and independent interconnection agreement. <br /> The parcel is served by on-site well and septic, natural storm drainage, and has direct access via South Brennan Avenue. <br /> The parcel is under Williamson Act contract WA-C1-71-0362. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the west side of South Brennan Avenue, 1,300 feet north of East Lone Tree <br /> Road, Escalon..
