COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT Name of Facility: SUSD-MAXINE HONG-KINGSTON SCHOOL Date: 10/02/2025 Address: 6324 ALTURAS , STOCKTON 95210 Owner/Operator: STOCKTON UNIFIED SCHOOL DIST Telephone: (209)933-7000 Program Element: 1600- Complaint#: CO2500602 Responsible Party Contact: DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: COMPLAINANT STATES THE CAFETERIA ISN'T BEING CLEANED PROPERLY, THERE ARE GNATS EVERYWHERE, THE TRASH CANS AREN'T BEING RINSED OUT, AND EATING AREA SMELLS OF VOMIT. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. Cafeteria was clean at the time of the inspection. No gnats or other insects observed in the cafeteria at the time of the inspection. Trash cans were clean at the time of the inspection. No foul odors smelled in the cafeteria at the time of the inspection. Per employee, one janitor does let the garbage fill up very high before emptying it out. -Maintain cafeteria and trash cans clean and sanitary. -Maintain facility vermin free. Official inspection report was emailed to operator. To minimize person-to-person contact,the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
