EVERY TIME A TILE WAS REMOVED, <br /> DEAD MICE, RATS,AND FECES CAME DOWN WITH EACH TILE. (C) DISCOVERED MULTIPLE DEAD RATS, MICE,AND <br /> FECES UP IN THE CEILING. (C)TOLD MANAGEMENT, BUT MANAGEMENT STATED THAT CORPORATE WON'T <br /> APPROVE EXTERMINATION SERVICES. PLEASE REACH OUT TO(C) FOR PICTURES. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Shift Supervisor on site is aware of the complaint. Per Shift Supervisor, there has been no evidence of rodent activity within the food <br /> facility. <br /> Facility is serviced monthly by Rentokill.The most recent service report observed is from 9-30-2025. Service tech notes no <br /> findings/activity for rodents. <br /> Upon inspection of the facility this date, no evidence of rodent activity is observed in the facility.
