Learn why this is important <br /> Good morning, Lynsey and the San Joaquin County EHD team. <br /> wanted to briefly reach out to inform you that my firm has been retained by Lamar Tool&Die Castings to assist <br /> with the Return to Compliance requirements arising from your inspections at their facility on 12/18/2025. <br /> Please forgive the delayed response;there was a holiday closure in late December, and Lamar Tool&Die Castings <br /> began searching for support in early January,which led to my firm's engagement. <br /> As a result, I respectfully request that the return-to-compliance date of February 28, 2026, be formally extended to <br /> March 15, 2026.This will allow us time to convene with the engineering team to complete the tank assessment <br /> and potentially conduct multiple iterations, accommodate any lag time associated with sampling for waste <br /> determinations, and overhaul the waste/material management practices at this facility. <br /> We are committed to remediating these issues as soon as possible while maintaining the utmost care to ensure all <br /> applicable regulations are addressed.
