The Trust should properly destroy monitoring wells: MW-001A, MW- <br /> 005A, MW-103A, MW-104A, MW-105A, MW-110A, MW-111A, MW-204B; <br /> piezometers PZ-001 A, PZ-002A-1, PZ-002A-2, PZ-003A, PZ-004A, PZ-005A-1, PZ- <br /> 005A-2, PZ-011A, PZ-12A-1, PZ-.012A-2; and ERD injection wells ERD-1 through <br /> ERD-22. <br /> 2. The Trust needs to obtain all the necessary permits from San Joaquin County and <br /> the associated property owners. The wells need to be destroyed according to the <br /> appropriate permit. <br /> 3. Please provide us with at least 72 hours' notice prior to initiation of the any field <br /> work so that we have an opportunity to observe the work. <br /> 4.
