Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding_to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying par-Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current-contract and shall <br /> enter into_a new contract prior to recording the"Notice of Lot Line Adiustment".The"Notice of Lot <br /> Line Adjustment" shall not be recorded until the Williamson Act Contract application has been <br /> deemed complete. The existing dwelling on the Site Plan for Parcel 1 shall be setback a minimum of 10 feet from- <br /> the proposed interior property lines, 30 feet from the proposed rear property line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-203.030) <br /> 2.
